Zach is the founder of BIG Rehab and oversees the strategic vision for the company, as well as maintaining the day-to-day operations. He started his real estate career in the middle of the Great Recession. From lessons he learned during that time, he believes that calculated risk-taking in inefficient markets is the key to being successful in real estate and building long term wealth. The product of a hard-working family from Missouri (Zach’s mom is an architect, and his father was an attorney), Zach found his passion for real estate soon after moving to Chicago. A year after graduating from the University of Missouri with a Political Science degree, Zach read Rich Dad Poor Dad and instantly knew that the real estate investment arena was where he wanted to be.
